Let me be the first to wish Big “O” a happy birthday (tomorrow actually). As a sort of half-assed excuse to get to work on the website, I have finished updating the 2004 football pages as well as preparing the 2005 season pages. So now we are all ready for football to start this weekend. GO CATS! If you are one of the people who contributed stories in the past, let Orgene or I know and we’ll set you up with an account so you can post blog entries here. And remember, you can post comments on these posts too.
Since football season is on it’s way, I figured it was time to sit down and really get elbows deep in the guts of WildcatCajun.com. So I have gone in and set up the site to run off the blogger.com software. So the site gets a slight makeover, and now it’s easier than ever for Big “O” to post stories and have them be automatically archived. Also, he will have the ability to recruit other people and give them the power to post stories as well.
Also, there is now an RSS feed for the site [RSS] Standard orange button forthcoming.
Everything’s not finished yet, but the framework is there now and I’ll be working on converting the old stuff in the coming days. Feel free to comment.
